Plain rules for using GoogleMapSEO. Effective October 29, 2026.
The service in one paragraph
GoogleMapSEO, the operator of googlemapseo.com, runs a marketplace where you buy dofollow links on third-party sites. Simple. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service. These terms apply from October 29, 2026, and earlier versions no longer count.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API keys private. Treat them like a van key. Anything done with them counts as done by you. Tell us through your account page at once if a key leaks.
You must have the right to promote the URLs you submit. No illegal, hateful or deceptive pages, and no pages that infringe someone's rights.
Leaving is easy. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend one that breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. Questions about a remaining balance go through your account page.
Orders and payment
Baskets are free. You fill one, which costs nothing, and pay it from your dashboard balance. Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not by API. Prices are shown on each row before you pay, and an order is accepted when payment clears.
Most placements go live within about 24 hours of payment. That is typical, not a guarantee. Any problem with an order can be raised through your account page.
Placements are permanent dofollow links. Sites can still change or close, and we cannot control what a third party does later.
Invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard on request. Taxes are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
What we do not promise
No promises here. We do not promise rankings, traffic, Maps visibility or any search engine's reaction. Search engines change their rules, and links are one input among many. You are responsible for deciding whether an order suits your site.
Publishers
If you list your own site, you set the price, approve each placement and receive weekly payouts. Only list sites you own or control, and keep approved links in place.
Limits and changes
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We may change the service or these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go through your account page.
If a dispute arises, we will try to settle it by talking first. Parts of these terms that cannot be enforced do not affect the rest.
