The short list of what we hold

Your email address and sign-in details. The target URLs, keywords, instructions and articles you put in orders. Payment amounts and balance movements. Basic technical logs. That is the list, and we do not ask for anything beyond it.

Please keep personal data out of order instructions. A branch manager's phone number does not belong there.

Messages you send through your account are kept with it, so a follow-up question does not need repeating.

Why we keep it

We need the account data to let you sign in. Order data lets us deliver placements and show their status. We need billing data to issue invoices and record payments. Logs help us keep the service secure and find faults. That is all.

We use no data to profile you for advertising. We do not sell it. Questions about your data can be sent through your account page, and the plain ones get plain answers.

Who else sees it

Publishers see. Those whose sites carry your placement see the target URL and the text of the order, since they must approve it. Payment processors see what they need to move money. Hosting and email providers handle data on our behalf. Authorities receive data only where a law requires it.

We choose providers with care, and we ask them to protect the data in line with the law. If we ever sold the business, the buyer would take over this notice.

Cookies

We set cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We also run limited analytics to see which pages get read. Block cookies in your browser if you wish. The dashboard may stop working.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers that follow you across other sites.

Records and your choices

Records have limits. Account and order records stay while the account is open and where bookkeeping needs them. To ask about, correct or close out your data, write to us through your account page.

Published placements are on third-party sites, so deleting your account does not remove them. Ask through your account before you close it if that matters.

We may change this notice, and the date at the top will move when we do. Check back now and then, especially before placing a large order.
